Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your email boxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, create mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mail box account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
